You can take advantage of our 30-day return policy for any unused and unworn items towards plating defects only—no questions asked. simply contact us at teamsterlyn@gmail.com, and we'll gladly assist you!
Please note that all our products are handcrafted, and no two pieces are exactly the same. Therefore, slight variations, especially in plating color, may be observed in the product you receive.
Just in case if order is placed and we don't have the stock, sterlyn reserves all right to cancel the order and refund money if its prepaid order.
1. If you believe the packaging shows signs of tampering or damage before delivery, kindly decline acceptance of the package. Email us the unboxing/unpackaging video with 2-3 images within 24 hours of delivery, and we'll send a replacement at no additional cost.
2. If the product you received is damaged or missing, provide us with the unboxing/unpackaging video and 2-3 images within 24 hours of delivery to teamsterlyn@gmail.com. We will promptly dispatch a new replacement at no extra cost. Claims of non-receipt will not be entertained once the product is received.
Note: Once we receive the damaged product in our warehouse, rest assured that your exchange will be promptly initiated. The exchange process may take some time, so please allow 8 to 10 days for a replacement to be delivered.
3. If you wish to exchange an unused product with something of higher value, you must pay the non-discounted price difference. In the case of an exchange with a lower-cost product, the difference will be provided as store credit for future purchases. This must be done within 1 day of receiving the product, for example if you received the product on 1st you need to inform us by 2nd of that month for exchange in either of the above two cases.
There is a nominal fee that a customer will have to incur for all exchanges which is inr 199/- that would include pickup and sending the selected product again.( in rare case of pincode not being available for pickup, the customer may have to send us back product on their own via any courier facilities like Indian post for the cheapest price in the market.)
4. If you do not like the product and want a refund, follow these guidelines:
- Reach out to us at teamsterlyn@gmail.com within 1 day of receiving the items.
- The product should not be used, and we will conduct a thorough lab check for each item. If found used or exposed to perfumes, soap, or other liquids, a refund will not be initiated.
- Send the product exactly as we sent it, along with all original packaging, and we will get it picked up within 72 hours.
- Once the product safely reaches our warehouse, our teams will expedite the refund process for prepaid orders to their original source with deduction of inr 100/- as a return fee. Expect your refund to be processed within 7 working days.
5. Custom Orders / Any orders with message card inside for e.g. soulmate message necklaces, apology necklaces, to my wife, happy birthday etc are not eligible for return or refund.
6. The Elegant Sleek Snake Chain Anklet is eligible for a one-time guarantee claim within 6 months of purchase. A handling fee of ₹199 will be charged for processing the exchange. This guarantee will be deemed void in cases of physical damage, scratches, or any misuse of the product.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you wish to cancel an order, email us within 24 hours. If the order has already been shipped, please decline the shipment upon delivery attempt by the courier company, and in such cases, there is a fee of INR 200 that needs to be paid by customer; the same shall be deducted from the prepaid amount.
POINTS TO NOTE:
- Notify us of returns or exchanges within 24 hours.
- All items must be unused for exchanges or returns.
- Keep all original packaging intact for returns/exchanges.
- COD orders will be refunded via store credit.
- All Communications need to be done only via email at teamsterlyn@gmail.com.
